Bungalow Conversion to Luxury House – Full Home Renovation
Zenhaus have tripled the size of this house by converting a tired bungalow into a modern luxury house. A complete exterior and interior renovation including new storeys and a loft conversion.

We demolished the house down to the basic shell and retained only part of the outer layer. Then we rebuilt according to the new plan from the Architect.
Rebuilding the structure
Sometimes it is possible to reuse some of the old timber and materials.
Old bungalows tend to have very shallow foundations and special care and piling is required to strengthen the foundation for the new larger building.
